Prior to joining Amdev, Joseph worked in commercial real estate advisory and portfolio strategy, most recently at JLL in a regional role. As part of a five-person team, he advised multinational occupiers on market entry, lease structuring, and portfolio optimization across the region. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Surveying, Real Estate and Construction from the University of Hong Kong and spent part of his studies in the UK. Joseph is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin - and always happy to chat in any of the three.

Outside of work, Joseph is either on the volleyball court (doing his best to reclaim his high school form), or off exploring a new corner of the world with a backpack in tow. As a passionate traveler, he’s happiest when far from home. If he doesn’t respond to your email right away, there’s a good chance he’s between time zones, deep in the mountains, or floating somewhere at sea.
