Before joining the Amdev team, Rachel spent six years as part of the Talent Management group at a large Canadian business law firm, where she managed all aspects of the firm’s Associates Program, including recruitment, onboarding, professional development, engagement and performance management. She was also actively involved in the firm’s Community Involvement & Pro Bono program, including spearheading the annual United Way fundraising campaign.

Rachel is a real talent who loves a friendly competition, but hates to lose. Most recently, she lost to an 8-year-old boy in a Rubik’s Cube challenge (the same boy who is training to be the next NBA (G League) player).
